Founderโ€™s Message

Consumer Rights Association of India was established with a clear mission โ€” to empower citizens with awareness, protection, and access to justice in the marketplace. Every consumer deserves safety, transparency, and fair treatment while purchasing goods and services.

Our journey began with the objective of addressing the growing challenges faced by consumers such as fraud, overcharging, poor services, misleading advertisements, and lack of grievance support. We realized that millions of people remain unaware of their rights and legal remedies.

Through CRAI, we aim to build a strong national movement that educates, supports, and guides consumers in protecting their rights. Our focus is on awareness programs, legal assistance, complaint facilitation, and collaboration with institutions to ensure accountability and fair practices.

We believe that an informed consumer is the strongest pillar of a transparent and ethical economy. Together, let us create a system where every citizen feels protected, heard, and empowered.
